-To keep my eyes, heart, and mind on Christ at all times.

Testimony: At the young age of eight I fell on my knees and committed Christ as my saviour. However, it was seven years later that I discovered the seriousness of that commitment and how life changing it truly was. In the summer of 2007 my sister and I signed up for the Wales team with Teen Missions International. I didn’t know much about what I would be doing that summer. All I knew was: “I get to go to Wales!”, and since I love traveling so much it sounded like the perfect summer. It was far greater than I could have expected. On that trip, God showed me the infallibility of His love and the joy that is found in serving Him. The verses we memorized in those months changed my life forever:

Ephesians 2:8,9 – I learned that I had been saved because of my faith and God’s grace, none of my good works could save me.

Romans 8:38-39 – I realized that absolutely nothing can separate us from God’s love, not even death.

And finally Matthew 9:37-38 – These last verses showed me that there are people waiting for the Gospel of Christ and I believe it is my purpose and duty to give it to them.
