OA Team, Zambia – Moe Mastor
This summer the Lord blessed me with the privilege to lead the Orphan Angels Motor Cycle Sunday School Mission Team to Zambia, Africa. I cannot begin to tell of the numerous things I learned being a leader of this unique team. Our team traveled by motorcycle from Sunday School to Sunday School in the bush of Africa ministering to orphans. God used my team members to minister to over 600 people/orphans, 300+ salvations, and 80 rededications. I got to look into the eyes of countless precious orphans hungry for love and affection. Our team quickly realized the love these orphans desire can only come from our Savior Jesus whose loves overflows and fills each one who wholly trusts on Him. God was gracious in fulfilling His promise of equipping and providing all the needs of those that take the step to serve Him this summer. I know there is now way I could have completed the task set before me without the power of the Holy Spirit in me, neither could my team have accomplished what we did. I thank my father God for guiding me to BMW and Teen Missions; this ministry has provided me with countless opportunities to worship my Lord through service at Teen Missions.
Our team verse was 1 Timothy 4:12 “Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity” (KJV).
